The typical repair offered by a service technician will solve the problem, but will only be temporary due to the nature of the machine's design. This means that the same problems will come back. The A Team is certified by Precor and has successfully done these types of repairs hundreds of times. This is why we have taken the steps to go beyond the original design to get to the heart of these problems and simply solve them. We now offer a way to get many more years of use from the C544 by just installing our new design change. Before you trade in the elliptical trainer your club members love, try our new design. Design Changes

The new design changes we have developed, implement parts *manufactured by Precor and are the same parts that would be typically used for general repair. To strengthen the original design of the elliptical trainer, we add additional parts and reorient their configuration.

Basically our design involves making three modifications to the Precor Elliptical Trainer. The first change concerns the Lift Guide and Bracket mounted inside the front electronics cover which we enhance with a few minor alterations. (Not Shown in Picture Below) The second change involves the addition of two lift Guide and Brackets mounted directly under each ramp. (Shown Below) Because this new design configuration is on both sides of the ramps, as shown in the lower picture, a more stabilized feel is achieved during use. The third and final change is the removal of the oilite bushings used on the stair arms. We replace the problematic bushings with bearings which require no maintenance and are less prone to repair or replacement. The new bearings also provide a smoother feel to the Precor Elliptical Trainer.

  *Please keep in mind that not all upgrades will require the wheels and lift arm tube which would reduce $300.00 from the cost making the total price $1,395.00

• A core credit of $95.00 is available for each set of (2) stairarms and (1) aluminum bracket. If only the aluminum bracket is being returned, a credit of $15.00 will be applied.
